    How we rent out your property

    1. Prepare your property for rent

    During our meeting, we will discuss your needs and assess how we will market your property. We will prepare your property for rent, if desired, style your property and have professional photo’s taken. 

    2. Marketing and viewings

    We forward your property’s details in our network, on social media and on popular rental property websites. This way we will have found a suitable tenant for your property in no time.

    3. Deliver property

    We draw up a rental agreement, do the inspection and take care of the key transfer. Is the property delivered? Then we’re not out of the picture yet. You can always contact us with questions or property management.

    Do we offer property management services?

    We offer comprehensive property management services, which include financial, administrative, and technical management. This means if anything goes wrong in the apartment, you won’t need to worry – we’ll take care of it. The fee for property management is a monthly rate of 4 to 6% of the rental income, depending on the level of assistance you need, plus 21% VAT.

    If we don’t have an immediate match in our housing department, we’ll also reach out to our extensive network of clients and partner real estate agencies to find the right tenant.
    We can create a tailored marketing campaign for your property, including a professional brochure, listing on our website, and high-quality photos taken at your property to ensure the best presentation.

    Additionally, we offer a valuation service to help you understand the potential rental income, especially with the recent Affordable Housing Act and its point system that took effect on July 1st in the Netherlands.

    Are we able to find tenants open to house sharing?

    If your property is suitable and you’re open to it, we can also explore renting to multiple tenants if there are enough facilities, such as bathrooms, to accommodate them comfortably.
